Summary
In this role a qualified candidate will serve as a member of the commercial and retail team to help in the growth of the bank within the market. Expand existing client relationships and develop new relationships by determining the customers’ needs, offer Solutions to meet those needs and problem solve on an on-going basis with an emphasis on commercial banking. Perform multiple duties associated with the operation of a financial banking center which may include lending, retail and commercial business development and tasks to support both.

Work may be performed in the community, and in potential and recruited customers’ offices and the Bank’s office environment. The noise level in the office environment is usually moderate. The staff member is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
