Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the commercial real estate market in Grand Rapids and surrounding areas.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Assist clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties, ensuring their needs and objectives are met.
  • Prepare and present detailed market analysis, property evaluations, and financial reports to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with legal, financial, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.

Qualifications

  • Valid real estate license in the state of Michigan.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing.
  • Proven track record of successful transactions in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of local market trends and property values in Grand Rapids.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills .
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships .
  • Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours , including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving company goals.
