Job Description

• Portfolio Management : Oversee and manage the Specialised Transaction Management (STM) portfolio for Corporate Finance America, ensuring smooth execution of complex finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on renewable energy projects .
• Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a high-performing team, developing their technical skills in financial modelling, due diligence, and specialised finance loan products like Project & Export Finance and Leveraged Finance, particularly focused on renewables and sustainable projects.
• Strategic Execution : Support the delivery of Corporate Finance International's strategy, including opportunities for origination, execution, and growth in the renewable energy sector .
• Client Relationships : Build strong, strategic relationships with key clients and external stakeholders, with a focus on renewable energy companies and projects, enhancing customer experience and driving growth.
• Transaction Monitoring : Manage transactions proactively from financial close through to termination, ensuring smooth processes and outcomes, with a focus on renewable projects .
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, enablement) to ensure the successful execution of transactions and business plans, specifically within the renewable energy space .
  

• 10-15 Years of Project Finance Experience : Strong expertise in project finance, particularly in renewable energy projects such as wind, solar, and other sustainable infrastructure.
• Advanced Financial & Transaction Management Skills : Extensive experience in financial analysis, transaction management, and understanding of structured finance, with a focus on the renewables sector.
• Leadership Experience : Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of professionals.
• Strong Communication Skills : Ability to communicate effectively and present with impact to senior stakeholders.
• Industry Expertise in Renewables : In-depth knowledge of Corporate Finance products, including Project & Export Finance, Leveraged Finance, and familiarity with institutional products (e.g., Markets, Trade/Cash), with a special focus on renewable energy .
• Strategic Insight : A strong understanding of the strategic, financial, and operational aspects of business, particularly within the renewable energy and sustainable finance sectors.
• Proactive & Adaptable : A self-motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to continuously learn and grow.
