Job Responsibilities Hotel Operation Management Formulate hotel operation strategies to ensure the smooth running of hotel business. Supervise the daily operation of all hotel departments, including front desk, guest rooms, catering, recreation, etc., to ensure that the service quality meets the company's standards. Coordinate resources of various departments to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Responsible for the financial management of the hotel, including budgeting, cost control, revenue management, etc., to ensure that the hotel's profitability targets are met. Service Quality Management Supervise the implementation of hotel service standards to enhance customer satisfaction. Organize regular staff training to improve staff service awareness and service skills. Handle customer complaints in a timely manner to maintain the hotel's good reputation. Marketing and Customer Relationship Management Formulate hotel marketing strategies to expand market share. Plan and execute all kinds of promotional activities to improve the hotel's visibility and competitiveness.
